It’s time to get excited because the 12 Week Challenge is nearly here! On 3rd January 2019, SLFitness is kicking off our biggest 12 Week Challenge yet, featuring over 3 NEW programs, as well as some exciting updates to our current programs.

We know that one of the best ways to make a healthy lifestyle part of your life is to be educated about your health, to be organised in your approach and to set sustainable and healthy goals that you can work toward. That’s why we want to provide you with everything you need to know BEFORE the 12 Week Challenge begins, to help you get ready to improve your fitness and positively transform your health and mindset for good.

What is the 12 Week Challenge about?

The SLFitness12 Week Challenge is all about starting your year the right way by focusing on the most important part of your life — your health. Over the course of 12 weeks, expect to progress your fitness through our structured and easy-to-follow training programs all accessible via the SLFApp.

The SLFApp contains over seven programs from five different trainer perspectives so it’s up to you to choose what kind of fitness journey you want to embark on. SLFitness offers workouts that can be done at home or in the gym, in the styles of bodyweight and weighted resistance training, weights-based training, yoga and a post-pregnancy program. Every program offered in the app contains structured workouts that help you to develop and progress at a safe and manageable pace.

The goal of the 12 Week Challenge is to not only help you complete the challenge and experience real progress but to provide you with the right tools and education to set you up for a lifetime of health.

You can join the 12 Week Challenge no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey.

Whether you’re just starting out or up to Week 20 of a program, the 12 Week Challenge is all about joining in on the fun and having the support of the Spencer Lissamore Fitness community in the forum to help you shape your best life (this is a private closed group which you’ll be invited to on sign-up).
