Who is “Hybrid Coaching” for? – Recently it came to my attention that people were struggling to get results due to the amount of misleading information out there and that they didn’t have the time to commit to working with a coach one to one every week.
With this in mind I was keen to take aspects of what I do with my clients and create a coaching opportunity that would allow men and women to receive every ounce of support and coaching that they need to achieve their goals but without the same level of time commitments.
So basically I’ve put together a package offering the chance to have your goals tailored down to the last detail.
Whether you’re young and just starting at the gym with no knowledge of what to train, when to train, what to eat, when to eat. Or a seasoned veteran my Hybrid Coaching SLFitness software has you covered with a wide spectrum of tailored plans to suit your individual fitness goals. Elderly? I offer senior workout plans. Recovering from recent injury or incapable of certain exercises? Stretch routines, phased return workout programmes are all available to you!
