This was achieved with 5 intense training sessions each week. Motivation was key throughout these weeks and at times she was side tracked for motivation but she kept at it to achieve her goals, which were set at the beginning of September.

Week 4

DIET We cut down the sugary foods and fat intakes from the diet, keeping carbs moderate. Eating more frequently throughout the day gave her more energy which she put into her training sessions and @puregymofficial classes.
